I am guilty of thinking the small steps are never enough, but at the end of the day they will ALWAYS be better than nothing. Often times, taking a step back and focusing on or doing ONE thing at a time is actually more than enough and more productive towards whatever you are working on - fitness related or not. You don't always need to be doing 27 things at once and chances are all of those 27 things are gonna be half assed anyway with struggling to find balance. One step at a time towards any goal or task list is always gonna benefit you more than none.. so just take that one step.. do the one small task.. and repeat over and over.
