Put it on the calendar


You schedule nail and hair appointments… why not put your workouts on the books too?


I dont care if you use google calendars, your iphone, a paper calendar (i love a good paper calendar planner still)...scheduling your workouts into your weekly plan may help get you into a regular routine and keep you accountable.


It doesn’t matter if you will be working out at home or the gym - schedule it .. let those notification reminders pop up and keep you on track reminding you of your goals.


Pick a day/time that works best for you and that you are most likely to stick to.  Be realistic with yourself.. if you cant wake up at 5 am don’t schedule yourself for that early of a workout.
