Not much in life happens over night. There is no pill, supplement, trick, or spell that can magically make you stronger, more fit, or healthier overnight.
It will always be the small steps day after day, the walks, the healthy choices, the heavy lifting, the hard work..... it's always gonna be the consistency.
Ya gotta think of strength training and health/fitness in general like the stock market. You will have to be in it for the long term gains day after day instead of the nonexistent overnight success.
Keep putting the work it... it will pay off
