5 MINUTE UPPER BODY WARM UP

Get prepped and ready for your next upper body workout with this five minute quick upper body dynamic warm up routine. Open up your shoulders and chest, stretch out your back, and get the blood flowing.


This series of stretches is also great to do after you've been sitting at a laptop or desk all day as it will help open up your chest and back from more than likely leaning forward all day. Give it a go.
