Dumbbell (or DB) Goblet Squats are one of my top go to ride or die DB leg exercises.
DB Goblet Squats target various large muscle groups including the quads, hamstrings, and glute muscles. Goblet squats are predominantly lower body focused, but they also utilize the core to stabilize your trunk and your upper back and biceps to hold and stabilize the weight at your chest.
DB Goblet Squats help build your base level of strength in your lower body, they help you learn the squat pattern AND increase your core strength. DB Goblet Squats are a great place to start when first learning the squat pattern and wanting to eventually bridge into barbell front or back squats.
