Exercise: Thread the Needle

Modified: Instead of doing these on the floor, lean on a couch or chair standing up for support.

Reps/Sets: 3 sets of 6 reps on each side

Rest: walk around for 1-2 minutes after each set

Tips: Follow your hand up towards the sky. Keep some space between your knees. Do these on carpet, a mat, or put a pillow under your knees for some cushion.
