Exercise: Cat Cows
Modified: Instead of doing these on the floor, lean on a couch or chair standing up for support
Reps/Sets: 3 sets of 5 reps (1 rep = up and down)
Rest: Walk around for 1-2 minutes between sets
Tips: Don't forget to tuck your chin as your back curves up to the ceiling. Have some space between your knees. Use a pillow or mat to cushion your knees.
