Upper & Lower Body Circuit | DB Only

Try this quick and simple upper/lower mixed circuit.

Perform 4-5 rounds of the exercises below with 1-2 mins rest between rounds.

  • DB Single Arm Rows 10 reps each side

  • DB Bench Press 10 reps

  • DB Goblet Squats w 2 second pause at the bottom 10 reps

  • DB Romanian Deadlifts 10 reps

  • DB Overhead Presses 10 reps
