Leg Day Tip 👇🏼
You might not think about your feet during leg exercises, but it can make a difference!
If you are doing regular squats or split squats (shown here) or walking lunges or RDL’s etc. Make sure you are pushing through your full foot surface area. Think about keeping contact with the floor with your big toe, little toe, and heel. It’s common for toes to pop up - try to keep em down in contact with the floor. Push through your full foot and try not to favor putting weight to the inside or outside of your foot either - distribute the weight evenly.
This will help create a stable base and balance the load on your bones/joints.
